Build Your Professional Network – Connect with other early childhood professionals, share experiences, and develop a strong support system that will benefit you throughout your career.
Wellness & Wellbeing Support – We focus not just on professional growth but also on your overall wellbeing, because caring for children starts with taking care of yourself.

Make a Difference in a Child’s Life While Gaining Valuable Experience
Do you have a heart for children and a desire to grow your skills?
The Lincoln Littles Workforce Program, in partnership with the American Job Center (AJC), is offering a 6-week paid internship for those who are currently unemployed and looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Caring for young children is one of the most rewarding jobs out there. Every smile, every milestone, and every moment of curiosity you help nurture shapes a child’s future. Through this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in early childhood education while being supported by a team of dedicated mentors.
Learn & Grow – Participate in two half-day training sessions with Lincoln Littles to complete requirements for working in early childhood before beginning your internship.
Make a Difference – Work alongside experienced educators, helping children learn, play, and thrive in a nurturing environment.
Get Paid While You Learn – This is a paid internship (up to 180 hours over 6 weeks) with compensation provided by the American Job Center (AJC).
